HCA Business Recovery was founded by John Hannaway and is led by Brian Hegarty — a Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 15 years' experience advising businesses and individuals facing financial challenges.
Our approach is, and always will be, focused on business turnaround and avoiding formal insolvency wherever possible. We work early and honestly with clients, directors and stakeholders to understand the full picture, stabilise the situation and develop a practical path forward.
Brian is authorised to act as Insolvency Practitioner in both the UK and Ireland by Chartered Accountants Ireland. Where formal insolvency is unavoidable, we manage the process with professionalism, care and complete transparency. We never engage in hard selling and we never poach clients referred to us by other advisers.
